Provides security leadership team assistance including but not limited to typing, collating, filing, copying, mailing, etc.Handles clerical work including but not limited to, contract routing, training manuals, IT help desk tickets, Lock shop requests, office supply inventory and ordering, invoice approvals and processing.Serves as central point of contact for department employees and other Ocean departments.Assists with providing labor counts to Finance.Prepares payroll for department manager approval.Provides overall administrative support to the Security Department. The Administrator - Security is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Security Department.
